I had a terrible experience at Brookepoint Inn, which was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. The room I booked wasn't even accessible as promised, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. While the shower and bed were enjoyable, the staff's handling of the situation left much to be desired. This hotel has potential but desperately needs improvement in accessibility and customer service.
